Receive an MSHA Basic Training Certificate
The Rochester Lapidary Society is hosting an MSHA Safety Training class April 10, 2010 at the Rochester School for the Deaf, Forrester Hall.
In an effort to assure quarries of our understanding of mine safety, we encourage all field collectors to attend this class.
This is an 8 hr class with half hour for lunch. Lunch may be ordered on your registration, or you may bring your own.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 20, 2010.
Cost = $25 per person
Cost with lunch = $32 per person
EACH CLUB MUST COLLECT THEIR MEMBER REGISTRATIONS AND THE CLUB WILL SEND FULL PAYMENT IN ONE CHECK, WITH THE REGISTRATION PAPERS TO:

This class may be cancelled if there is insufficient registration. It is the responsibility of each club to inform their members if the class is cancelled.
CANCELLATION WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY MARCH 25TH.
REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE once commitment has been made to the hosting facility on March 25, 2010.
Maps to facility can be obtained at www.rochesterlapidary.org or see below. The program will be held in the Rochester School for the Deaf Cafeteria in Forester Hall. Carpooling is encouraged as parking is limited close to the building.
